In order to ensure the transmission security of electric power dispatching service data, a quantum key supply and dynamic adjustment algorithm is provided. Firstly, the key application scheme is determined according to the importance degree of different services, and the calculation method of the key pool capacity is also given. Secondly, the quantum key dynamic adjustment algorithm is designed based on the key update frequency and application schemes. Finally, the service model for the dispatching system is established, and our algorithm's application performance for different scenarios is simulated under point-to-point/multipoint architectures. The test results show that the algorithm can realize the dynamic key adjustment in the selected adjustment period, and thus guarantee maximally the data transmission security in power dispatching data network.
