UHPLC pump has the features of high flow accuracy and low pulsation. It needs to ensure the quick response of controller command and the precise cooperation of dual-axis motors. In this paper, firstly the coordinated control curve of the dual-axis motor is determined according to the UHPLC pump flow output constraint. Secondly, the high-precision command triggering and high-speed CAN-bus data communication are used to ensure the fast and stable response of the single-axis motor. Finally, the fuzzy PID speed compensator is designed to ensure the dual-axis coordinated motion has better cooperative precision and certain anti-interference ability. The actual operation results show that the single-axis motion delay time is 1ms, and the dual-axis coordinated motion has certain anti-interference. This method provides a new idea for implementing similar coordinated motion control applications.
