Transverse Fatigue Test Design of Segmental U-Shaped Girder

摘要

Aiming at the durability problem caused by longitudinal cracking of U-shaped girder in rail transit, the design calculation and analysis of segmental transverse fatigue test are carried out in this paper. The finite element simulation model of the whole bridge is established by using the finite element software ANSYS to calculate the transverse stress of the U-shaped girder mid-span slab under dead load and dead load + live load respectively. By using the equivalent transverse stress, the finite element model of the actual segmental girder is established, and then the upper and lower limit values of the fatigue load under the actual test load are calculated. At the same time, how to model the bearing platform in the whole bridge model is simulated and analyzed, and the surplus of transverse and longitudinal stresses after assuming the bearing platform as the second stage dead load is given. The conclusions of this paper can provide some reference value for the design of U-shaped girder transverse fatigue test, and help to improve the application value of U-shaped girder in the field of rail transit.
