Electric locking screw tools are often used in factory production. This tool uses a motor to drive the screwdriver head clamped by the fixture to rotate to achieve screw locking. Some of this electric locking screw tool looks like a thousand-hand drill, which is manually used by workers, and some is installed at the end of the manipulator as an automated tool. Whether it is manual or automated, companies have found a pain point in the process of using this tool to assemble screws, sometimes there will be slippage, and it is difficult to find such slippage during the installation process, if not handled in time, this slippage will cause poor assembly, which will seriously affect product quality. Therefore, this paper proposes a sliding wire detection system and method for electric lock screw tools based on the characteristics of the motor, which realizes the real-time detection and alarm of the sliding wire, and has the advantages of simplicity and low cost.
