摘要

A nonlinear micro-current measurement circuit suitable for Langmuir probe, capable of operating over a wide range of temperatures is presented. It measures bipolar currents from −100nA to 100μA on a nonlinear scale with a current resolution less than 1pA. This circuit is designed for the diagnosis of ionospheric plasma, which can meet the needs of ionospheric detection in different altitudes and latitudes. The experimental results in the space simulation environment also verify the circuit's excellent ability to collect micro current.
