Optimization Model of Ideological and Political Education and Employment Direction Based on Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm

In view of the complexity of college students, we apply it to the ideological and political education and employment guidance with the help of two attributes of the core idea of particle swarm optimization. In order to adapt to the development of the situation and cultivate high-quality talents to meet the needs of the society, according to the characteristics of College Students' employment and the new employment environment, colleges and universities should further strengthen the ideological and political education of college students in employment guidance, so as to guide them to establish a correct outlook on employment, values and life, so as to ensure the harmony and development of talent cultivation in Colleges and universities. In the research of the ideological and political education and employment guidance of college students, we can use the particle swarm optimization principle to model the individual and group consciousness behavior of the educated, so as to help the ideological and political education educators optimize and improve the traditional working methods according to different situations. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the employment status of college students, this paper attempts to establish the mode of integration of the whole process employment guidance and ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, so as to expand the path of employment work and ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, and further improve the working skills, employment quality and ideological and political quality of college students.
