摘要

In this paper, a programmable analog circuit using operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) based Memristor has been designed. The OTA based memristor emulator is used to get memristor properties in our design that is basically a high frequency tunable memristor emulator. The OTA based memristor emulator in our design has number of benefits like simple circuit design, high frequency range, controlled memristor properties and resistor less emulator. We use programmable inputs to drive memristor to different states. The OTA based memristor emulator is designed using CMOS logic design. Employing this emulator, a programmable threshold comparator circuit has been implemented. The employed OTA based memristor emulator has number of benefits like simple circuit design, high frequency range, controlled memristor properties and resistor less design.
