In this paper, we consider a relay-assisted cooperative network having a large number of antenna across relay station (RS), which assist source and destination node. In the first part of this work, a closed-form expression for the PDF of end-to-end (E2E) SNR has been derived. With the help of derived PDF, a nearly closed-form expression for outage probability has also been derived, which is a function of multiple parameters like minimum E2E SNR, number of RS antenna and many more. During outage formulation, all integration is not fully integrable. Hence numerical integration technique has been used for solving a complex integral. Keeping other constraints remain fixed, the impact of a number of antenna across RS and destination node over outage probability has been numerically verified.
