Decision making problem is co-related to quality and availability of the information. In this paper, an innovative algorithm has been proposed to help decision support system under imperfect and fuzzy information provided by unreliable and conflicting source of information. Belief function calculation is used as an effective mathematical tool to deal with uncertainty in the decision making procedure. In this paper, a new concept, called as Systematic derivation of mass function coined with game theoretic calculation of best response is applied to handle quantification evidence preference from different multiple criteria. As an example, project selection problem with fuzzy information has been taken to demonstrate the concept.
