In general, Cloud Computing means storing and accessing data from any where all over the internet instead of local computer hard drive. Cloud Services help to reduce the space and cost needed for data storage. Data which has to be accessed from the cloud should be secure. But, the major challenge is security and personal data privacy which is faced by the cloud owners and users. Due to semi-trust of data owners, they store their data in an encrypted form which cannot be visible to others. In this paper, we proposed a method on Homomorphic Encryption with RSA to achieve data integrity and to achieve more security using Trusted Third PartyAuthenticator(ReputationCenter). The proposed scheme compares encryption and decryption computation time and storage performance with the existing work.
