摘要

Artificial intelligence technology has become the main driving force of behavior and moral education, and has promoted the improvement and reform of ideological and political network education. In the network teachingplatform, teaching quality has always been an important part of university teaching management, which also controls the lifeline of the school. At the same time, teaching quality evaluation can reasonably evaluate the teaching effect of a teacher or a course, which is conducive to the teaching reform of teachers and the overall teaching planning of schools. Therefore, an accurate assessment of the teaching quality of colleges and universities has important theoretical and practical value. Aiming at the problems existing in the process of education quality evaluation and progress the accuracy of teaching quality evaluation, this paper proposes an online teaching quality evaluation system based on neural network. First of all, the evaluation system constructed in this paper collects a large amount of historical data on the quality of university teaching and preprocesses these data. Finally, a learning sample for university teaching quality evaluation is constructed in order to provide further help.
