This paper mainly introduces the energy optimization management method in the integrated energy system with the smart energy hub. Firstly, the basic models of the smart energy hub and the user are established considering demand response and the impact of the gas dispatch factor of the smart energy hub on its profit to realize the coupling of electricity, heating and gas. Then an optimization model based on Stackelberg game is designed, in which the smart energy hub acts as the leader and the user acts as the follower. The optimization goal is the maximization of the two profits, and the game stops until the equilibrium solution finally achieved. Finally, for the typical case, in the MATLAB environment to solve the problem with the fixed dispatch factor and the changeable dispatch factor. The strategy of the smart energy hub and the user, the maximum profit of the two are obtained. The rationality of the results is analyzed based on the result.
