摘要

A design method for the controller of flour mill with differential pair rollers driven by dual motors was proposed in this paper. The core concept is to drive the fast roller and the slow roller of the roller-crushing flour mill respectively by two independent variable frequency motors in order to optionally adjust the rotating speeds of fast roller and slow roller and the rotating speed ratio of the roller-crushing flour mill within the allowable process range, thus realizing excellent flour milling effect. Energy cycle of the dual-motor drive process of the grinding roller was also analyzed and simulated in this paper. The result shows that the electric energy generated by the slow roller motor after roller synchronization can be fed back to the fast roller motor to form closed energy loop and accordingly reduce energy consumption.
