This article sorts out and normalizes project of intelligent inspection and evaluation for the power supply business hall, and comprehensively considers examination items and the relative importance of each expert in the given examination item weight, combines hierarchical analysis method with method of expert advice consensus, and makes unitary processing about the relative weight of the inspection items at the same time. The intelligent inspection and evaluation methods can be used to complete the intelligent examination and evaluation of the electricity supply office objectively, accurately and scientifically. Targeted improvement based on the evaluation results can improve customer service quality, enhance customer service satisfaction and maintain a good brand image of State Grid Corporation of China.
