We developed an integrated device simulator for quantum bits (qubits) based on an in-house technology computer-aided design (TCAD) simulator. The simulator outputs quantum transport and qubit operations simultaneously. We present several technologies that were developed and implemented on a device simulator for the first time: a quantum and semi-classical hybrid calculation scheme for the potential, fictitious charge method for the capacitance, modified Ampere's equations for the magnetic field, and multi-channel analysis for quantum transport.
