摘要

The modern trends of the electric power systems development intended to their modernization and efficiency improvement are associated with the development of both the technical and the processing facilities as well as the control models development. The industrial assets management systems are no exception. The present systems are intended to ensure the steady technical state control as well as the defects and failures identification and also the determination of the target-oriented measures for the high-quality and reliable power supply maintenance. The paper is concerned with the problems of the electrical network objects technical state identification and the determined state association with the degree of the failures development risk on the basis of the object-oriented assessment model. The optimization of the control actions on the electric power system objects was suggested on the basis of the Artificial Immune System.
