摘要

Conclusions: Coatings without higher values of cytotoxicity, promotion of MEC formation and cell adhesion were obtained by plasma electrolytic oxidation with inclusion of Si and Ag ions. Si and Ag showed an increased in coating bioactivity being less bioactive those without silver inclusion. For further studies will be recommended longer culture times to analyze cell adhesion and ALP expression.
