Modulation of Human Stem Cell Behavior using Monolayer Binary Colloidal Crystals

Conclusions: This work demonstrated a new family of surface called BCCs can be used to controlling stem cells. We demonstrated that the BCCs are promising in directing stem cell into desired lineages and can potentially be used as the next generation cell culture tools for feeder free culture. Further works are needed to understand the mechanism.
