Calcium fluoride coating with biocompatible and anti-bacterial effect on Ti by e-beam deposition for dental implant application

摘要

Conclusions: CaF_2 coating layer was well deposited on the Ti surface without any defects. And fibroblast cells were attached well on the all samples. Furthermore, as shown in anti-bacterial test, CaF_2 coating layer showed antibacterial effect. In conclusion, CaF_2 coating can maintain biological response and prevent infection by external bacteria.
