Direct transportation of polymer nanoparticles to the cell nucleus by surface decoration with multi-oligopeptides

Conclusion: We achieved the permeation of nanoparticles from outside of the cells into cell nucleus directly. The combination of surface covering with a phospholipid polymer and a functional oligopeptide is one of the best methodologies to realize the transportation of substances to cell nucleus effectively.
