摘要

An elastic polyurethane material was synthesized in a one-step, solvent-free and catalyst free reaction. This material was manufactured into a precision-engineered porous structure with 40 μm pores. The porous material has a Young's modulus matching that of the native blood vessel. The porous material was surrounded by diffuse connective tissue in vivo, in contrast to dense FBC surrounding the nonporous form. Furthermore, the whole porous material was penetrated by the body tissue by 4 weeks. These results are promising for the vascular graft application.
