Zwitterionic Cryogels for Sustained Release of Proteins

Conclusions: In conclusion, zwitterionic hydrogels with high protein loading efficiency, sustained protein release profiles and good antifouling properties have been realized by preparing the zwitterionic gels at cryoconditions. These materials have high promise for controlled, sustained protein release in many applications.
