DC/DC Boost Converters have wide range of applications in areas such as automobiles, renewable energy etc. This paper presents the FPGA implementation of a High Gain Observer for DC/DC Boost Converter. The Current-Mode Control scheme is applied to control DC/DC Boost Converter which requires current sensor for feedback. The sensor-less control incorporating High Gain Observer is proposed for cost effective solution. The robustness of the scheme is shown in the presence of parasitic parameters. Hardware Co-Simulation is performed to witness the hardware realization of the sensor-less control scheme designed.
