摘要

Combined the method of magnetic beads with the characteristics of optical detection, this paper detected the blood coagulation time and overcame the shortcomings that optical method will get the abnormal sample interference easily to improve the system's anti-jamming performance. The system is designed based on ARM Cortex-M3 architecture chip STM32, and it mainly includes detection circuit, temperature control circuit, human-computer interaction circuit, communication and storage hardware modules. And it used embedded real-time operating system μC / OS II as a platform to design the corresponding software. The experimental results showed that the accuracy and precision of this system are in line with industry standards.
