To date, few studies concerned with the effect of the percentage and the particle size distribution of the solid fillers on the mechanical properties of composite solid rocket propellant used with (RAP) application. Experimental testing for different prepared samples including mechanical properties carried out using (SEM) apparatus model MIRA3 TESCAN and universal test machine model Zwick Z050. Results showed that increasing fine to course ratio of the solid filler ( 22/78 to 35/65 ) increases tensile modulus, elongation and tensile strength, by [7.8% - 5.3% - 62%] respectively.
