The main Specification of the quality of service (QoS) is that the signaling must be capable of carrying out traffic characteristics such as bandwidth and QoS are needed. This paper presents the performance evaluation of QoS parameters such as gigue, latency, lost packets, end-to-end delay, MOS under Omnet 4.6++ for all types of Software Defined Networking (SDN) topologies “Hierarchical, star, ring, tree”, in order to determine the architecture most suitable for the latter, via the implementation and simulation of the OpenFlow protocol.
