Computer simulation model is designed to conduct virtual testing of electro-optical systems for angles measuring, which incorporates multi-element photo-detectors arrays. The model allows to determine the measurement error. The main method of research is the method of multiple statistical tests. The conditions of the models formalization are considered. The model provides calculation of the dependence errors measurement angular distance between two points from the parameters of the electro-optical tract in order optimal coordination of these parameters among themselves on the criterion of minimization of error. And also the model allows to determine the minimum allowable angular distance between the points, at this the prescribed value of measurement error is provided in conditions of the existence of non-stationary interference of different origin, distributed in optical-electronic tract.
