Research on Data Mining Service and Its Application Case in Complex Industrial Process

摘要

In today's competitive market, companies need to apply different data mining techniques in order to make more intelligent, accurate business decisions. Data mining technology from industrial big data can provide a more effective help for decision-making of enterprises' innovative design. This paper explores the advantages of data mining services, and presents a SOA-based data mining framework applied to non-expert data miners which can be treated as Software-as-a-Service including data uploading, data cleaning, data mining algorithm, OLAP and so on. As an example, a hybrid reasoning mechanism for intelligent design decision based on DM and its application in complex textile industry are also discussed.
