摘要

This paper proposes a phenomenological model of a bimorph piezoelectric actuator which exhibits complex frequency dependent behavior beyond its resonance frequency. The proposed model is based on the modified play model to capture frequency dependent hysteresis and it is intended to provide a unified mathematical structure for modeling the frequency dependent behavior of the bimorph piezoelectric actuator so that no additional structural modification is necessary to capture severe frequency dependence, odd harmonic responses and the interleaved hysteresis. Results of the numerical work with the identified models are disclosed to show both the validity of the proposed model structure and the accuracy of the proposed identified model.
