A method of modeling the structure of nanoporous anodic aluminum oxide based on microlevel cellular composite materials structure models usage and Bezier curves generation method was developed. Models of nanoporous structures nanofibrous structures and multilayered nanotubes structures were obtained as a result of simulation by the developed method.
