The given study is dedicated to state-of-the-art approaches of extracting non-trivial knowledge and processing of unstructured information. Nowadays ontology is an innovative way for solving problems associated with the extraction of nontrivial knowledge. So a new hybrid method for ontology learning intended for search and processing of nontrivial knowledge is presented. The distinctive feature of the proposed method is the interdisciplinary approach which combines methods of ontological engineering and evolutionary models. This approach allows us to obtain qualitatively new scientific results, optimize the time of finding out appropriate solutions for the tasks. Besides elimination of subjectivity of descriptions of ontology concepts, caused by different points of view of ontology engineers is the main advantage of the proposed method.
