摘要

This work studies the systematic evaluation of metabolic objective function for a glycerol metabolism network in Klebsiella pneumoniae. To achieve this task, the five systematic evaluation models are first established. Then some transformation techniques are proposed to turn the systematic evaluation models into the corresponding single-level optimization problems. These single-level problems can be solved with the available optimization solvers. Finally, the systematic evaluation results attained with the presented systematic evaluation models are shown and compared.
