The spray cone angle was obtained by the high speed camera shooting the nozzle atomization state of the internal mixing type air atomizing nozzle under the different liquor temperature, then with Photron FastCAM analysis software processing. And ANSYS15.0 is used to simulate the atomization under the same conditions, to get the same operating conditions of the spray cone angle. Simulation and experiment have good consistency. Results show that, with the increase of the liquor flow, the spray cone angle increased first and then decreased. The essential reasons of liquor temperature influence on the cone angle of atomization are given. The influence of the liquor temperature on the cone angle of the nozzle is so large that cannot be ignored, which can be used as a reference to improve the spray atomization effect of tobacco leaf.
