摘要

The network selection problem in a heterogeneous network environment is studied in the paper. A 3-Param network selection algorithm for CR terminals is proposed. Both the factors that are sensed by the CR terminals and the factors that cannot be gained beforehand are taken into account in the algorithm. Through the evaluation of the primary networks integrating these factors, the algorithm will make a choice of the selected network. After accessing the network, the truth evaluation of the network will be learnt as the experience, which is used to direct the next network selection activity of CR terminals. From simulations, our proposed 3-Param algorithm shows a better performance in guaranteeing the CR terminals with required bandwidth while not harming the performance of primary networks.
