Investigation of power quality problems at a wood-based panels plant

摘要

In this paper is analysed the power quality phenomena that can occur in a plant producing wood-based panels. In the measurements was used PowerLogic ION7650, connected in power substation (110/20 kV). Reports provided by analyser showed the electromagnetic disturbances that could adversely affect the operation of electrical equipment from analysed plant. Experimental results allowed the identification of main power quality problems and technical methods for mitigate the negative effects of them.
