摘要

Virtual power plant makes the output variable due to the complementary nature of various distributed resources, so it is suitable for power system frequency regulation auxiliary service. In this paper, the modeling and analysis of the components of the virtual power plant are carried out, and a frequency regulation strategy based on frequency analysis is developed. The frequency regulation signal is decomposed and sent to each component unit. Through simulation and quantitative analysis of the process of a virtual power plant includes wind turbine, controllable central air conditioning and energy storage system participating in frequency regulation, and the model test of each unit verifies corresponding capability, providing a theoretical basis for the virtual power plant participating in the power system frequency regulation ancillary services.
