Human body electrostatic discharge, due to rapid development and large scale applications of electronic products and integrated circuits, becomes a serious threat to electronic system security. Human body-metal dual-RLC circuit model was discussed based on international standard IEC61000-4-2. Model simulation was given by software MATLAB and fourth order Runge-Kutta algorithm. Discharge waveform was obtained to verify the standard. Relevant circuit model was built up based on the new electrostatic discharge measurement system whereas obtained the relevant discharge waveform. Actual test discharge waveforms were compared.
