This paper presents the simulation and calculation of electrical parameters of fuzzy system using different current amplifiers : 2 stage CMOS operational amplifier, operational transconductance amplifier, current differencing buffered amplifier using sigma membership function only, sigma and anti-sigma membership function and all (sigma, anti-sigma, triangular and trapezoidal) membership functions with two/three rules and different voltages (3V to 6V). PSIPCE software has been used for simulation. Results with 4V are the best if we use different membership functions. The fuzzy system is designed to whether cell is present or absent for AkT pathway which exhibits a different values of electrical parameters (gain, input resistance, output resistance, CMRR, slew rate and power dissipation) for different membership functions having different voltages.
