A Compound Search System with Infrared Detector and Millimeter Wave Radar

摘要

Infrared search system is widely used in tactical warning, however the high false alarm rate severely affected the accuracy of target searching. Due to a different working principle, infrared and millimeter-wave compound search system can compensate the defect of infrared search system, reduce false alarm rates effectively. The design of the system of infrared search system and millimeter wave phased array radar is proposed. And the feasibility of the system is verified by simulation.
