A review: The affair of Al-Qur'an and green computing

摘要

In the process of solving the bad effect of both the rapid development of ICT and the increasing number of electronic waste, it appears a solution that can minimize it by saving the usage technology which is suitable to the needs and environmentally friendly called Green Computing. Green Computing appears to minimize the effects of technological development as well as maximize the use of energy, and applies recycle technology materials. In the Al-Qur'an, it is very important to use something wisely and not to waste natural resources as well as advise us to keep a balance. It is the purpose of the Green Computing. If the term Green Computing arise as a result of the negative impact of the application and development of science and technology, so the Al-Qur'an is one of the science and technology products created by God delivered to man in order to guide human to conduct researches as well as to get the right results. It is possible that the content of the green computing which we know today has long been set by God in the Al-Qur'an as a guide in developing information and communication technology.
