Strategic plan with enterprise architecture planning for applying information system at PT. Bestonindo Central Lestari

The development of technology which is so rapid requires companies to compete for getting business profit. One of the strategy companies choose is applying good management and having strategic planning in information technology sector. Enterprise Architecture Planning Method is one of strategic planning method for mapping and measuring information architecture which companies need. The purpose of this research is to find out the recent condition of information technology in order to produce an enterprise planning for increasing the information technology strategy. Planning the business uses Value Chain analysis. The arrangement of enterprise plan starts with identifying data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture. The application of Enterprise Architecture Planning in this research will make the implementation plan of future information technology strategy. There is a suggestion to implement information technology for the leader and managers of all divisions of the company.
