Decision Support System in giving recommendation for flat screen television purchase using Analytical Hierarchy Process (ahp) method

Television is one of the information and entertainment provider tools that is enthused by the people. With the development of technology, television with various shapes and excellence has been created. One of the examples is Flat Screen TV with a variety of brands, price, type, screen size, resolution, weight, and some features such as HDMI and USB ports. With so many choices offered, costumers need some times in choosing the right television which suits their wants and needs. To assist and facilitate the costumers in choosing the right television, a Decision Support System (DSS) is designed using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with Programming Languages Delphi 7 and Microsoft Access 2007 as Database to assist costumer in choosing a TV. The system results are a system which can give recommendations about television purchasing accordance with customer needs.
