摘要

Gait analysis is the systematic method which is used for the assessment and study of human motion. This Analysis helps to identify posture-related or movement-related problems of injured people. Thus, the aim of the proposed system is to monitor pressure distribution on foot. The proposed system is a wearable insole which is inserted in subject shoe which consist of the Force Sensing Resistor (FSR) pressure sensor and associated electronic hardware. The heart of the system is microcontroller which is used for continuous monitoring the activity of the subject. The pressure distribution on the feet is detected by FSR sensor and through microcontroller the data is transfer via Bluetooth on the patient mobile. The system measures plantar pressure between the foot and shoe during static movement in real-time, which can be used in clinical gait analysis.
