A new reconfigurable antenna architecture is presented, in which the dielectric fluid level is changes it's resonant frequency, Bandwidth, radiation efficiency, gain and other properties of the antenna. The properties of an antenna will change according to the level of fluid. The power consumption is less at the time of tuning and also the power consumption is zero while the tuning is kept constant. This tuning method is having high efficiency and good electrical isolation for external circuitry. This model was designed and simulated using Ansys HFSS software and different models are designed and tested. Castor oil having relative permittivity 2.7, loss tangent 0.1 was used for tuning the antenna and simulated results are observed and compared with results of silicon oil.
