Review and simulation of memristors using MATLAB and PSpice

摘要

This paper concentrates on the memristor and discusses its properties. The HP model for the memristor is likewise talked about, and its working is examined through simulations. Potential applications of the memristor are studied about at length. Conclusions are drawn based on the study and simulations and the scope for future developments are contemplated.
