Aiming at the problem that the noise of the hemispherical resonant gyro (HRG) output signal is serious in the actual work, this paper proposes a new wavelet threshold denoising algorithm based on the random error term. Vibration noise is one of the main reasons that affect the accuracy of HRG in the actual work, so in this paper, the output signal of HRG under the vibration test is collected, to simulate the output in the actual work. And then, the signal denoising is carried out. The results show that the improved wavelet threshold denoising algorithm is effective and it solves the problem of noise mismatch or noise residue existing in the previous denoising algorithm.
