摘要

With the rapid development of society and remarkable improvement of the power distribution automation of our country, users put forward higher requirements to power quality and reliability of power supply. According to the distribution network structure and operation mode, combining large-scale blackouts of Hangzhou distribution grid, this paper did a depth study on rapid restoration technology, under the existence of the bottleneck, it proposed the key technology to improve the reliability of distribution blackout automation and completed the development of recovery software. Through the Hangzhou actual test, software finish restoration less than 10 minutes, the distribution of large area blackouts rapid recovery become practical.
