ISSUES OF CREW TRAINING FOR INTERPLANETARY MISSIONS

Activity of interplanetary expeditions versus activity of crews on Low Earth Orbits will be characterized, above all, by an increased autonomy during long-term missions. At the same time, risks related to any kind errors of crewmembers will increase significantly. In order to provide the necessary safety and reliability level of interplanetary missions, the change of existing training paradigm will be required. The paper considers a number of methodological problems of training crews for deep space missions and suggests one of possible approaches to solving them.
