Turnaround data is unreliable and messy CURRENT SITUATION: The turnaround process is crucial for economic efficiency of all involved parties, still today it is a bottleneck totally depended on manual input of start- and end-data of all steps during the process. RESULT: 1.Reactive handling processes instead of proactive. 2. Unclarity on process status in real-time. 3. Unpredictable events at gate 4.Unforeseen delays. 5.Unreliable information for SLA agreement negotiations.
