This paper presents the experimental case study, concerning electromagnetic compatibility analysis of the assembly e-bike-power electronic converter with recovery function. We study the converters from traditional e-bike and we developed a new solution of the converter with energy recovery at braking. Our converter has the advantage of using a small number of pieces. The paper presents the practical approach and the studies related to achieve the Electric power assisted bicycle safety standard EN 15194/ 2009 (in Europe named-EPAC). We can motivate that the e-bikes operate independent of the electrical network and share electromagnetic disturbance, possible have emission radiation which are related by the standards CISPR 11, CISPR16 and CISPR22.
